Ordering Kits or Patterns

Please read through the following details about payment method, applicable taxes, shipping and order processing.

Payment Method

We accept VISA cards in addition to money orders or checks, payable to Ourheirlooms, Inc.  The VISA charge is based on the Canadian price, converted to your currency when applied to your card.  Please include VISA number, expiry date, full name and a phone number should any questions arise during processing.   

Shipping and Handling

All packages shipped to the U.S. will go by Air Mail.

The following shipping charges apply:
$3.00, for 1- 10 patterns
$5.00, for more than 10 patterns
$3.00, for a single kit
$5.00, for more than one kit

The shipping charges are to be paid in Canadian funds for orders shipped within Canada and in U.S. funds for orders being shipped to the U.S.

Applicable taxes

Canadian orders should include provincial and federal taxes.  G.S.T. of 7% applies to the total of the order and shipping.  Residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario and P.E.I. must also pay P.S.T., (or H.S.T.).

There are no additional taxes payable on orders being shipped to the U.S.
